What you will do

• Run technical discovery with prospective customers to map their architecture and compliance needs to the product suite.
• Design tailored solutions including customizations and bespoke integrations built on the platform.
• Scope and build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate technical feasibility and win deals.
• Identify recurring customer requests and product gaps to inform the product roadmap.
• Own the structured handoff to the Implementation team via solution design docs and knowledge transfer.
• Execute and contribute improvements to the pre-sales playbook, discovery frameworks, and PoC standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical pre-sales role (solutions engineering/architecture) at a B2B API or infrastructure company.
• Proven track record in discovery, solution design, and PoC delivery for technical buyers.
• Fluency with REST/WebSocket APIs, auth patterns (OAuth, JWT), and webhook architecture.
• Experience designing complex integrations for fintechs, banks, or neobanks.
• Strong skills in writing RFPs and documenting technical solution approaches.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Crypto domain knowledge (trading, custody, KYC, staking, fiat ramp).
• Experience with embedded finance or crypto-as-a-service products.
• Experience with Coast for building proof-of-concept sales demos.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) for rapid prototyping.
