What you will do

  • Own builder growth across the full funnel: awareness, sign-up, activation, engagement, retention, and participation.
  • Design and execute growth programs, including hackathons as a repeatable engine for public, partner, customer, and internal initiatives.
  • Define hackathon playbook covering format, goals, support, judging, and conversion to ongoing community engagement.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Developer Relations, Product, and ecosystem teams on campaigns, events, and growth motions.
  • Build dashboards and metrics to track and optimize builder funnel performance.
  • Shape systems and programs to support a large-scale, high-engagement AI builder community.

Requirements

  • Senior operator experienced in strategy and execution for builder growth, funnels, and community-led initiatives.
  • Proven ability to build scalable community, event, or developer programs cross-functionally.
  • Strong judgment on motivating technical builders and driving durable engagement.
  • Comfort with metrics, dashboards, testing, and operating rigor.
  • Working knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Must work remotely from the United States.
