What you will do

• Build the Customer Programs function, including strategy, hiring, and operating models.
• Lead Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) and executive customer engagement as the single point of contact for the CCO.
• Manage the strategic-account audience map for high-touch programs.
• Design and execute a portfolio of programs: EBCs, early access, co-marketing, and customer references.
• Act as the voice of strategic customers within Product, GTM, and leadership forums.
• Report on account coverage, engagement depth, and program-influenced expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B enterprise marketing or executive programs, with 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience scaling executive customer programs (CABs, EBCs) at high-growth tech companies.
• Strong executive presence and experience managing Fortune 500 C-suite relationships.
• Experience with audience-first program design and strategic account mapping.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York City.
