B2B Content Marketing Lead (AI): Define content strategy connecting hirify.global’s product roadmap, model capabilities, and user outcomes into clear narratives for key audiences with an accent on high-impact storytelling across formats and executive narratives. Focus on partnering cross-functionally with product, research, and marketing teams, using data and insights to identify resonant stories, and scaling content programs.

Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid model: 3 days in office per week, relocation assistance offered)

Salary: $266K – $295K + equity

What you will do

  • Develop content strategy linking product roadmap, model capabilities, and user outcomes into narratives for key audiences.
  • Create and oversee high-impact content including long-form articles, executive narratives, keynotes, customer stories, and thought leadership.
  • Partner with leadership to shape company and executive narratives through strong writing and structure.
  • Collaborate with product, research, economics, partnerships, and marketing teams to identify themes and storytelling opportunities.
  • Use product data, user insights, and market signals to find resonant stories and new opportunities.
  • Work with external organizations, experts, and creators to broaden AI understanding.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in content marketing, product marketing, economic research, or related B2B storytelling roles
  • Track record translating complex products/technologies into compelling narratives
  • Experience developing long-form content and strategic storytelling for business goals
  • Cross-functional work with senior leaders in product, research, marketing, comms
  • Data, customer insights, market research to inform storytelling
  • Building/scaling content programs in ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional storytelling, editorial judgment, strategic thinking, collaboration

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI, developer tools, enterprise software
  • Supporting senior leadership narratives and thought leadership
  • Working with economists, researchers, policy teams
  • Partnering with external creators, experts, influencers
