What you will do

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for Philippines-based employees and managers while contributing to global People priorities.
  • Execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and support local and global reporting needs.
  • Partner with managers on policy guidance, employee relations, and performance management processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and scale HR workflows using AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience in HR operations and employee-facing support.
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience using Workday for HR data management and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently in a local role while effectively collaborating with a global team.
