TL;DR

Learning & Development Lead (Corporate and Leadership Programs): Designing and delivering onboarding, first-time manager journeys, and leadership initiatives with an accent on instructional design and interactive facilitation. Focus on creating practical learning pathways, managing cohort tracking, and implementing a new learning tech ecosystem.

Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines

What you will do

  • Design engaging learning pathways, slide decks, and digital resources using instructional design principles for onboarding and professional development.
  • Facilitate core training modules, welcome sessions, and interactive skill workshops in virtual and hybrid formats.
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, communications, and cohort tracking for corporate learning tracks.
  • Assist in the evaluation, testing, and administration of a new learning platform to ensure user-friendly content organization.
  • Administer evaluations and surveys to track learner engagement and iterate on program delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in L&D, HR, or talent development with a mix of content creation and live facilitation.
  • Experience building structured training materials, guides, or e-learning modules.
  • Proven ability to lead groups and manage virtual classrooms effectively.
  • Proficiency in learning new digital tools quickly to build a learning tech ecosystem.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Nice to have

  • Experience with onboarding, leadership development, or management training.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience implementing or administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Certification in Learning & Development, Facilitation, or Instructional Design.
