What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a local HR team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Act as a primary HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive core HR processes including talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention.
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting and calibration.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement global and regional programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in people management and team development.
  • Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, including salary benchmarking and reward structures.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and data reporting systems.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
