What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a local HR team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Act as a primary HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive core HR processes including talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention.
- Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting and calibration.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement global and regional programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in people management and team development.
- Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, including salary benchmarking and reward structures.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and data reporting systems.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
