HR Business Partner / HR Employee Relations

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and HR policies and practices.
• Train managers on coaching and disciplining employees to improve work results.
• Resolve employee grievances and provide counseling to staff and supervisors.
• Develop and update management guidelines for HR procedures.
• Design and maintain historical HR record-keeping and retrieval systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Employee Relations roles.
• Deep knowledge of Philippines Labor Laws.
• College degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
