Focus on coaching managers to discipline employees, designing filing systems for historical records, and ensuring alignment with Philippines labor laws.

What you will do
- Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and HR policies and practices.
- Train managers on coaching and disciplining employees to improve work results.
- Resolve employee grievances and provide counseling to staff and supervisors.
- Develop and update management guidelines for HR procedures.
- Design and maintain historical HR record-keeping and retrieval systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Employee Relations roles.
- Deep knowledge of Philippines Labor Laws.
- College degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
