Location: Must be based in Makati, Philippines (Hybrid work model).

What you will do

  • Adapt and operationalize global People initiatives to ensure local relevance and compliance across SEA markets.
  • Provide strategic HR Business Partnering support to a defined client group within the region.
  • Lead and develop a team of four across People Partnering, People Relations, and Location Partners.
  • Own regional employment compliance, risk management, and sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Monitor organizational health and engagement using data to drive retention and employee experience.
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert on local legislation, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner in a complex, global environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Philippines and South East Asia employment landscape, including regulatory requirements.
  • Track record of leading and developing People teams in matrixed environments.
  • Strong judgment in navigating ambiguity and complex, sensitive people decisions.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust with senior leaders.
  • Pragmatic approach with a bias for action.
