Salary: $143,000 – $191,000

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end site selection lifecycle from initial screening through lease execution and delivery readiness.
• Maintain program trackers, dashboards, and Salesforce data to monitor pipeline status, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability for deliverables across multiple concurrent deals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, site selection, or infrastructure development.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control compliance.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM/pipeline management systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center, commercial real estate, or infrastructure development environments.
• PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
• Experience working with platforms such as Smartsheet, Excel, or similar reporting tools.
