What you will do

• Own and drive RevOps program portfolio end-to-end including GTM launches, system rollouts, process changes, and enablement initiatives
• Build cross-functional operating cadence with stakeholder syncs, milestone tracking, dependency management, and escalation paths
• Partner with RevOps, Sales Leadership, Finance, and Product to translate priorities into workstreams with clear owners and timelines
• Identify and fix process gaps, bottlenecks, and misalignments across GTM functions
• Stand up frameworks for intake, prioritization, and capacity planning
• Provide leadership with status reporting on progress, risks, and decisions needed

Requirements

• 5+ years in program management, RevOps, sales operations, or GTM operations
• Proven ability to run multi-workstream programs across technical and non-technical stakeholders without positional authority
• Strong organizational skills to build trackers, timelines, and accountability structures
• Comfortable in Salesforce, Jira or similar; familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and SQL
• Sharp communication for briefs, meetings, and escalation decisions
• Bias toward action and ownership; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
