What you will do

• Provide technical and service support for hirify.global products at dealer locations and customer sites.
• Investigate technical concerns, identify resolutions, and train dealer service technicians.
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports regarding product performance and reliability to management.
• Execute Product Improvement Programs and campaigns as requested.
• Schedule and conduct dealer and customer visits based on field support needs.
• Perform extensive travel (80-100% during harvest), including stays of 1-3 weeks in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technically related field (Agricultural study is a plus).
• Entry-level (0-3 years) of progressive technical experience.
• Background in agricultural equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in using electronic and hydraulic diagnostic tools, including computer-based systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and passport for extensive travel.
