What you will do

• Maintain deep technical knowledge of commercial agriculture and competitive chemistries.
• Manage and implement research testing funds and influence trial plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Provide technical product training and support to internal sales teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and regulatory groups to ensure alignment.
• Assist in complaint handling and provide agronomic expertise for problem diagnosis.
• Produce technical sales collateral, including newsletters and recommendation sheets.

Requirements

• MS in Entomology, Plant Pathology/Physiology, Weed Science, Agronomy, or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, chemical crop protection, or agronomy services.
• Working knowledge of ARM software.
• Proven ability to design research protocols and effectively communicate complex technical information.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong business relationships with retail accounts and university personnel.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant agricultural science.
• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) or equivalent certification.
