What you will do
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies, including planning, forecasting, and POS attainment.
- Optimize sales processes to identify bottlenecks and improve overall productivity and scalability.
- Manage the selection and implementation of sales technology solutions, including analytics and automation software.
- Drive change management and adoption of new tools across the sales organization.
- Expand sales operations and strategies into Mexico and the broader Latin American region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in program management, change management, or process implementation in regional/global sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
- Experience with consumer products or consumer durables is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build cross-functional relationships.
