What you will do
- Lead US Beauty strategic sales and analytics to increase market share, distribution, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate KPIs and identify market trends and competitive insights.
- Partner with Sales and Category teams to strengthen retailer relationships and secure incremental shelf share.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to shape product roadmaps and launch strategies based on consumer insights.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including pricing, trade strategy, and portfolio optimization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and analysts to foster a high-performance, insight-driven culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales, category management, or commercial analytics, preferably within consumer goods.
- Proven success in driving market share and sales growth through data-driven strategies.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience as a people leader with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to travel on a quarterly basis to support retailer engagement and field insights.
