What you will do

• Guide and educate families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
• Improve birth outcomes through personalized support and empowerment.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual care and conduct in-person visits as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting within the electronic system.
• Collaborate with a network of peer doulas and multidisciplinary clinicians.

Requirements

• Certification or training as a birth and/or full spectrum doula approved by the Pennsylvania Certification Board.
• Valid Medicaid Provider ID and NPI number.
• Adult & Infant CPR/First Aid certification.
• Personal liability insurance and a successful background screening.
• Experience with pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Availability for virtual and in-person work, including evenings and weekends.
