What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses in the assigned territory to grow the merchant network.
  • Execute a field-first strategy by visiting prospective merchants daily and attending local industry events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and drop-ins to negotiation and final closing.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Analyze the local market to identify untapped opportunities aligned with customer demand.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and track performance metrics within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience combined with strong inside sales skills.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility for 70-80% travel, including regional multi-night trips.
