Public Relations Associate

What you will do

• Develop PR strategies and execute tactics to grow presence in technology, education, and consumer media
• Create press releases, pitches, statements, and other external communications materials
• Identify thought leadership opportunities and draft award nominations highlighting innovations
• Support media relations including researching reporters, building media lists, and coordinating outreach
• Pursue new ways to tell hirify.global's story at the intersection of technology and education
• Drive internal communications projects to inform, inspire, and engage colleagues

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 3-6 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, and/or journalism
• Demonstrated track record as an excellent storyteller with exceptional writing skills across formats
• Always-on media mindset with history of proactive campaigns resulting in positive coverage
• Ability to navigate between strategy and execution, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Interest in education and technology
