What you will do

• Monitor brand mentions on social media, forums, Reddit, Quora, and regional platforms
• Consult on reputation management protocols and foster positive discussions
• Respond to negative reviews, de-escalate conflicts, and convert detractors
• Develop and implement ORM strategies for LATAM markets
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support to address complaints
• Prepare reports on sentiment trends, share of voice, and reputation KPIs

Requirements

• Experience with forum-based platforms like Reddit, Quora, and niche communities
• Familiarity with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Brand24, Mention, YouScan)
• 2+ years in ORM, community management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of LATAM-relevant social media and review ecosystems
• Excellent written Spanish; English is a plus
• Analytical skills to turn data into insights; independent work style
