What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of internal platform initiatives across infrastructure, runtime, and AI/ML workflows.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies across services and cloud infrastructure to minimize blocking.
• Establish a lightweight operating rhythm for milestone tracking, execution reviews, and release readiness.
• Partner with DevOps and SRE to ensure safe, validated, observable, and auditable production releases.
• Define and track key reliability signals including delivery predictability and release success rates.
• Identify and mitigate system-level risks across AI/ML pipelines and deployment systems.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD deployment systems.
• Strong technical fluency to read production code and reason about system architecture and APIs.
• Exposure to AI/ML systems, LLM-based workflows, and AI infrastructure (inference, orchestration).
• Strong understanding of DevOps/SRE workflows and system failure modes.
• Must be based in the USA to align with company benefits and location options.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code, and observability systems.
• Experience working in regulated or high-security environments.
