What you will do

• Rapidly iterate on proofs of concept that integrate AI into data and marketing workflows.
• Design and develop evaluation and improvement systems that can advance autonomously.
• Explore techniques for generating highly realistic AI-generated video, including human subjects.
• Experiment with methods for generating brand assets aligned with a company’s visual identity.
• Architect and deliver backend and probabilistic systems from initial concept through product application.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in backend architecture or probabilistic systems.
• Strong probabilistic and quantitative thinking.
• Creativity and an experimental approach to LLM applications and generative AI.
• Product intuition and the ability to connect research with customer and product applications.
• Interest in exploring emerging AI techniques; prior LLM or AI experience is not required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. is verified after hiring through E-Verify; E-Verify is not used to pre-screen applicants.

• 75-minute conceptual agent-building systems interview covering product, customer, and technical requirements; no programming interviews are included.
