What you will do

• Originate new business and drive growth within existing corporate portfolios.
• Deliver P&L targets through the deployment of tailored Trade, Cash Management, and Payment solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects regarding the implementation of TBS solutions.
• Lead post-origination activities and maintain engagement with corporate and coverage teams.
• Build strong internal relationships to cross-sell TBS products.
• Ensure compliance with group policy and regulatory requirements while managing risk.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience within transaction banking with a consistent record of securing new business.
• Proven success in driving commercialization, shaping strategy, and leading business development initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of the external TBS market to provide valuable client and market insights.
• Strong people leadership, self-motivation, and influencing skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London.
