TL;DR

Head of EMEA Financial Services GTM (Data+AI): Drive go-to-market strategy to grow Banking/Payments, Capital Markets, and Insurance businesses in EMEA with an accent on C-level relationships, revenue growth, and field productivity. Focus on developing scalable sales plays, partnering cross-functionally, and positioning Data+AI solutions for FSIs.

Location: London, United Kingdom (encouraged); open to remote candidates in other locations. Requires travel for conferences, customer, and team meetings.

What you will do

  • Own Financial Services GTM strategy, including growth execution plans, C-level customer relationships, and new logos/revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and partners to create account, segment, and region-level go-to-market plans.
  • Identify operational gaps, quantify opportunities data-driven, and execute improvement plans across sub-segments.
  • Develop sub-vertical sales plays and scalable motions tailored for EMEA growth.
  • Act as thought leader through white-papers, events, keynotes, and C-suite engagement.
  • Partner with product, marketing, sales enablement, and partner teams to boost productivity and demand generation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years as CxO executive in Banking.
  • Intimate knowledge of global and European regulations in Banking/Payments, Capital Markets, and Insurance.
  • Experience driving change at large FSIs from technical and business perspectives.
  • Strong C-level customer-facing presence and ability to build executive relationships.
  • Hands-on program management of vertical solutions, including requirements prioritization, timelines, marketing assets, and partner milestones.
  • Experience enabling sales teams on positioning technology to Financial Services customers.
