Location: Must be based in New York (Remote from New York or Onsite at NYC HQ)
Salary: $140,000 – $183,750 (Base) / $280,000 – $370,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Own and execute full-cycle sales into US banks and financial institutions.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting and executive networking.
- Navigate complex sales processes involving Treasury, Custody, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and InfoSec teams.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling technical discovery and product demos.
- Leverage the partner ecosystem, including major cloud providers, to accelerate deals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and consistently deliver against annual quotas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling complex SaaS or institutional solutions into banks or highly regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of banking functions such as Treasury, Custody, Payments, and Capital Markets.
- Proven hunter DNA with the ability to identify target accounts and create opportunities.
- Technical aptitude to translate infrastructure capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
- Must be based in New York.
Nice to have
- Track record of consistent quota overachievement (110%+).
- Experience selling cybersecurity, fintech, or payments solutions.
- Familiarity with co-sell motions through technology partners like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft.
