What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple clients for lead generation, traffic, and awareness.
• Develop campaign structures, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
• Create ad visuals and simple video assets using Canva for A/B testing and brand alignment.
• Analyze key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, and ROAS to make data-based optimization decisions.
• Manage and monitor a large portfolio of client accounts to ensure consistent month-over-month improvements.
• Communicate campaign insights and strategic recommendations to clients in clear, simple language.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Proficiency in creating ad creatives using Canva (images and basic video editing).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on performance data.
• Ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple client accounts.
• Clear communication and reporting skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads / Google PPC campaign management.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and full-funnel retargeting strategies.
• Experience improving lead quality and managing high-volume accounts.
• Strong organizational skills for juggling multiple moving parts.
