Salary: $80,000 - 100,000 CAD

What you will do

• Build signal-based workflows to source and enrich the EMEA Total Addressable Market (TAM).
• Implement automated lead scoring and personalized outreach systems.
• Own the full lifecycle (Problem → PoC → MVP → Product) of internal AI tools and dashboards.
• Deploy complex orchestrations using Python, N8N, or Zapier, integrating data from Clay, Gong, and ChurnZero.
• Partner with Sales & Ops to identify funnel bottlenecks and deploy AI solutions for better speed-to-insight.
• Train and enable marketing and sales teams on emerging AI tools and documentation.

Requirements

• Elite prompt engineering skills and intermediate Python proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as AirOps, RelevanceAI, N8N, and Zapier.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools including Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Gong.
• Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and operationalizing LLMs for research and campaigns.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Flexibility to work EMEA hours.
