What you will do

• Set ambitious goals for NSM attainment (100%), CSAT (4.2+), and bookings ($150k per half-year).
• Implement best practices in paid search and social, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
• Break down barriers in 1:1 conversations with Strategists, establishing action plans for strategy success.
• Drive accountability for client and employee retention, directly impacting P&L.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, actively learning AI and automation for marketing enhancement.

Requirements

• Must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in Canada.
• Experience in paid search and social media management for B2B SaaS/tech.
• Strong analytics, storytelling, and growth mindset in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate laptop, reliable internet, and remain stationary for extended periods.
