Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Digital): Lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact digital advertising campaigns across programmatic, display advertising, paid search, and SEM with an accent on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement in healthcare. Location: Hybrid in Ottawa ON, Toronto ON, Calgary AB, or Vancouver BC

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 a year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute paid digital strategy across paid search, social, and programmatic channels for customer acquisition.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot campaigns using DSPs, Meta, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads across the marketing funnel.
  • Analyze large datasets for performance insights and actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, mentor junior members, and manage partner relationships.
  • Oversee budget management, spend delivery, invoicing, and process improvements for efficient campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in paid digital campaign management with hands-on use of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, DSPs.
  • Experience managing $5 million+ annual paid budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem focused on US and Canadian healthcare market, emphasizing SEM and programmatic display.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides for analysis and presentations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for large datasets, detail-oriented numeracy, and strong cross-functional communication.
  • Experience with commercial aspects like budgeting, invoicing, and margin management.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare B2B and B2C experience.
  • A/B testing frameworks for campaign refinement.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Experience with multi-product platforms serving SMB and Enterprise customers.
