What you will do
- Take full ownership of Google Ads accounts for DTC eCommerce brands to drive scalable growth
- Build, optimise, and refine Performance Max campaigns aligned to ROAS targets
- Plan and execute Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns for upper- and mid-funnel acquisition
- Track performance against CAC and ROAS benchmarks using Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, and GA4
- Turn data into actionable insights with Excel/Google Sheets and create reports for stakeholders
- Partner with creative, CRO, and growth teams; run tests on audiences, creatives, bidding, and funnels
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads for DTC eCommerce brands
- Demonstrated success with Performance Max campaigns
- Strong grasp of CAC, ROAS, and profitability-driven strategies
- Experience with Demand Gen, YouTube, and full-funnel paid media
- Working knowledge of Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, and/or GA4
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting
- Analytical mindset for interpreting and visualising data
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent communication
Nice to have
- Experience with Bing Ads
- Background with high-spend DTC ad accounts ($50k+/month)
- CRO or landing page optimisation exposure
