Salary: $125,000–$150,000 CAD (annual base)

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Associate Directors, setting direction, priorities, and growth paths.
- Monitor account health using proactive sentiment analysis and ensure early escalation.
- Own deliverable quality through QA cadences and feedback loops aligned with company methodology.
- Build client relationships via monthly meetings and senior interventions on key accounts.
- Manage capacity, utilization, and account assignments to support performance and margins.
- Own hiring pipeline from sourcing to finalist presentations.
Requirements
- 8+ years in paid media, with Director/Associate Director experience at B2B/SaaS agency
- Track record directing experienced practitioners in paid search and paid social (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn required)
- Mastery of B2B metrics: LTV:CAC modeling, pipeline attribution, SQL goal setting
- Financial literacy for P&L, utilization, and staffing impacts
- Operational experience building systems and processes
- Senior client presence and drive to stay ahead of AI/automation trends
