Salary: $95,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including P&L and departmental reports.
• Analyze and distribute revenue, margin, orders, shipments, and backlog analytics.
• Support annual budget preparation, forecasting, and multi-year business planning.
• Create dashboards and key metrics to monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Business Unit, Sales, Finance, and IT leadership to provide actionable reporting.
• Coordinate with IT to enhance existing reporting tools and support ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or Finance.
• 4-6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated financial modeling knowledge.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Chelmsford, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Oracle Business Intelligence, Hyperion, and/or Crystal Reports.
• Practical experience with core accounting tasks.
