Salary: $280,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Establish standardized and scalable budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to support growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of advanced FP&A systems and planning tools.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and deliver accurate monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages for the Board and ELT.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights that drive improved decision-making.
• Identify and lead cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives across Commercial, Lab Operations, and R&D.
• Manage and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance culture and building talent pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Stamford, Connecticut office (Hybrid).
• 15+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in healthcare or complex data-intensive environments.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA or CPA required).
• CPA certification.
• Expertise in advanced financial modeling and experience implementing FP&A tools.
• Proven ability to communicate and present financial insights to executive leadership.
