Lead Financial Analyst (Medtech)

What you will do

• Develop financial reports (MMR) and analyze expenses for the Global Operations Management team.
• Lead consolidation and reporting for Global Manufacturing Distribution and SG&A, ensuring alignment with Corporate FP&A.
• Manage midyear and annual planning processes, including strategic plan presentations for senior management.
• Perform month-end close activities, including FIFO and Standards Change calculations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with global Plant Controllers to ensure data accuracy in SAP and BPC.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and manage headcount tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
• Proficiency in SAP and BPC.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and weekends.

Nice to have

• CPA or Master's degree in Finance.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Cost Accounting experience.
