TL;DR

Strategic Expense Management Analyst (Enterprise Technology and Experience): Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for technology spend with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance insights. Focus on building financial models, analyzing trends and KPIs, conducting scenario modeling, and driving process improvements for decision support.

Salary Range: $90,500-$118,700

What you will do

  • Lead components of annual budgets, long-range plans, quarterly forecasts, and month-end reporting with data validation and insights.
  • Analyze financial and operational trends, develop and track KPIs, and prepare recurring/ad-hoc reports.
  • Provide analytical support for cost-management, business cases, investment evaluations, and scenario modeling.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in reporting processes, data quality, automation, and financial systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, gather inputs, and prepare materials for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, expense management, or similar roles.
  • 2+ years supporting senior leaders and business partners.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to technology finance or expense management.
  • Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (modeling, analytics) and PowerPoint (storytelling).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle medium-complexity analytical work independently.
