Salary: $95,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Build reporting and dashboards using visualization tools and various data sources to drive business decisions.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with department leaders to analyze financial results and communicate key trends.
• Develop financial models to forecast the future implications of business decisions.
• Define and measure business drivers and key metrics to enhance company reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3-7 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance related role.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Oracle, Tableau, or similar operating systems.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity at the Eden Prairie office.

• Experience with BOARD and/or Salesforce.
