What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Partner with the CEO and GTM leaders to define headcount plans, role scoping, and interview design.
  • Execute creative outbound sourcing strategies to attract talent from AI-native, EdTech, and high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Codify the GTM hiring playbook, including scorecards, interview kits, and structured evaluation practices.
  • Manage candidate experience and pipeline health using the Ashby ATS.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People on competitive positioning and market intelligence for compensation and equity.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on GTM roles at high-growth startups.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing senior commercial talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines from scratch.
  • Fluency in AI products and technical concepts to credibly represent the company.
  • Experience using modern ATS tools such as Ashby or Greenhouse.
  • Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in New York or San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for EdTech, AI, or companies selling into K-12/higher education.
  • Previous experience as the first or early recruiter at a Series A/B company.
