hirify.global is an early-stage company building the infrastructure layer for stablecoins, powering issuance and blockchain integrations for fintechs and web3 companies.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, GTM, product, operations, and compliance roles.
• Proactively source candidates using existing fintech and crypto networks.
• Design and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy and hiring best practices.
• Build structured interview processes, including loops, scorecards, and training.
• Manage the ATS (Ashby preferred) and optimize candidate experience standards.
• Partner with the COO and leadership on workforce planning and hiring roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting and TA leadership.
• Significant hands-on recruiting experience within the last 12 months.
• Must be based in the Continental United States.
• Proven track record in fintech and/or crypto recruiting, preferably in early-stage startups.
• Ability to source and close senior-level technical and business positions.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred).
