What you will do
- Own full-cycle hiring for engineering roles, from scoping and sourcing to assessing and closing top talent.
- Drive pace and clarity in the hiring process, ensuring efficient movement from brief to offer.
- Build and maintain high-quality engineering candidate pipelines across key technical skill sets.
- Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and improve interview quality and decision-making.
- Implement structured processes using tools like Ashby and Notion, collaborating on recruitment optimizations.
- Deliver excellent candidate experience and provide market insights to engineering leaders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end engineering recruitment in fast-paced or scaling environments.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets (backend, frontend, data, infrastructure).
- Track record of hiring high-quality engineers at pace, balancing speed with rigour.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows (sourcing, outreach, screening, automation).
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring in B2B, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with Ashby, Notion, or similar ATS/workflow tools.
- Strong sourcing for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
- Syss thinking to identify and improve hiring inefficiencies.
