Focus on removing impediments, facilitating Scrum events, and coaching teams on Agile values to improve operational efficiency.

Location: Hybrid: Irving, TX, United States (2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Guide and coach Scrum Teams on applying Agile values and the Scrum Framework to deliver customer value.
• Protect the development team from outside influences and actively remove impediments.
• Facilitate core Scrum events including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Support and educate the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value.
• Foster a trusting, safe environment focused on healing and collaborative problem solving.
• Coordinate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, SOS, PO sync, and Inspect & Adapt.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Irving, TX (Hybrid).
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or PMI-ACP.
• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TFS.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work or military experience.
