Technical Project Manager III

TL;DR

Technical Project Manager III (Agile/Scrum): Lead projects from inception to close for MBR product with an accent on scrum facilitation, user story grooming, and AI enablement. Focus on driving process efficiency, risk identification, testing coordination, and coaching teams toward self-organization and high performance.

What you will do

• Lead projects from inception to close, establishing timelines, prioritizing work, and managing expectations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design discussions, and user story writing with cross-functional teams.
• Manage scrum activities, artifacts, process efficiency, and roadmap delivery.
• Guide delivery teams, remove blockers, communicate risks, and coordinate testing including UAT.
• Handle product release planning, notes, and collaboration with Product Development Management.
• Champion AI enablement by introducing tools for productivity in workflows, code review, backlog management, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Reside in the US
• 4-6 years in product, project, or program management, preferably in web application product company.
• Experience managing multiple projects independently from concept to implementation.
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise, ability to coach teams; proficiency with Atlassian Suite or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for project management tasks.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; strong communication and analytical skills.
