What you will do

• Plan, lead, and organize cross-functional teams by facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and remove obstacles using a structured Risk and Issue framework to ensure timely sprint completion.
• Act as the primary communication hub between technical staff, Product Owners, and senior management.
• Lead Scrum-of-Scrums activities to synchronize and resolve dependencies across the broader enterprise.
• Develop and communicate key performance metrics, including Velocity, Burn-down charts, and Cycle Time.
• Mentor teams on user story sizing, acceptance criteria, and the fundamentals of iterative development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Deep expertise in multiple Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proven track record of achieving results with cross-functional and system-wide impact.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills to convey complex issues to executive leadership.
• High level of judgment and maturity in handling sensitive or confidential matters.

• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification.
• SAFe certification or equivalent.
