What you will do

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams on large impact cross-functional initiatives.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify process inefficiencies, act as Lean-Agile champion, and drive continuous improvement.
• Protect teams from distractions, manage backlogs with Product Owners, and track metrics like velocity and burndown.
• Remove roadblocks, coordinate with other Scrum Masters, and implement scaling methodologies.
• Define agile performance metrics, create dashboards, and educate on best practices.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.
• Advanced skills in Jira, including creating dashboards and metrics.
• Proven track record in scaled and distributed agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholders, clients, and end-users.
• Experience creating high-performing agile teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile transformations and SAFe knowledge.
• Operating within or supporting a product operating model framework.
