Mental Health Therapist - 30 hrs Weekly

Salary: $63,000–$82,000 per year for a 30-hour weekly schedule

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered, outcomes-based, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and older.
• Complete treatment planning, assessments, clinical progress documentation, and EMR records.
• Lead support and psychoeducation groups and deliver mental health webinars and workshops.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians to coordinate integrated patient care.
• Address patients’ social needs and coordinate referrals for specialty care, hospitalization, or advanced psychiatric assessment and treatment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher and licensure as a mental health clinician, such as LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Candidates working toward independent licensure must obtain it within two years of hire.
• Experience providing counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment of mental illness and psychological issues.
• BLS certification is required or must be obtained upon hire.
• Ability to use clinical documentation systems and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health disorders using evidence-based methods.
• Experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, and case management.
