What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of hirify.global solutions for large and strategic customers across the LATAM region.
• Ensure successful delivery and go-lives while aligning technical solutions to customer business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and certified implementation partners to oversee execution.
• Manage resource alignment, project reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as a Delivery Executive Sponsor (DES) to support Engagement Managers in achieving project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior individual contributor role leading complex software implementations.
• Ability to manage and deliver projects for strategic customers specifically within the LATAM region.
• Strong expertise in delivery management, resource coordination, and risk management.
