What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to stabilization, focusing on Latin America with U.S. support as needed.
• Design project plans, manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Gather and document customer requirements, configure systems, and coordinate UAT testing.
• Communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, and English with customers and stakeholders across regions.
• Identify risks, enforce scope, and support training, go-live, and post-launch transitions.
• Contribute to improving implementation playbooks and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years in implementations, professional services, onboarding, or project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer implementations
• Experience with structured project management methodologies
• Hands-on system configuration, testing, and validation
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-enabled services
• Background in HCM, HR technology, or screening
• Supporting Latin America and U.S. customers
• Integrations experience (API, SFTP, HRIS)
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, and project tools
