What you will do
- Lead customer implementations from kickoff to stabilization, focusing on Latin America with U.S. support as needed.
- Design project plans, manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional handoffs.
- Gather and document customer requirements, configure systems, and coordinate UAT testing.
- Communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, and English with customers and stakeholders across regions.
- Identify risks, enforce scope, and support training, go-live, and post-launch transitions.
- Contribute to improving implementation playbooks and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years in implementations, professional services, onboarding, or project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer implementations
- Experience with structured project management methodologies
- Hands-on system configuration, testing, and validation
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-enabled services
- Background in HCM, HR technology, or screening
- Supporting Latin America and U.S. customers
- Integrations experience (API, SFTP, HRIS)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, and project tools
