is a US-based outsourced software development company delivering software engineering services to technology companies through distributed teams.
What you will do
- Lead delivery for major client accounts and ensure high-quality, timely solutions.
- Align project and program outcomes with clients, monitor satisfaction, and manage escalations.
- Optimize delivery processes, tools, technology, resource utilization, and operational performance.
- Manage revenue, costs, margins, workload planning, and delivery metrics.
- Support account growth through proposals, pricing, contract negotiations, presales, and upselling.
- Lead people management practices, including performance feedback, career development, staffing, and manager support.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project and program management experience in software product or IT environments.
- 7+ years managing outsourced engineering or IT service delivery for external clients.
- Experience managing 100–150+ people and annual budgets of $10–15M.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC, project management, delivery metrics, profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction, and quality.
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining technical and managerial talent.
- English CV required; role is open to contractors in Latin America.
Nice to have
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or FinTech.
- PMP, SAFe, or ITIL certification.
- Working knowledge of cloud computing, data management, and full-stack engineering.
- Software engineering background or practical development experience.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and distributed, multinational teams.
