What you will do
- Lead delivery for major client accounts, ensuring high-quality, timely solutions and managing escalations
- Align with clients on outcomes, maintain senior stakeholder relationships, and identify growth opportunities
- Propose process, tool, and technology improvements; participate in revenue planning and resource utilization
- Align delivery costs with revenue for margin targets; collaborate with CTO and Marketing on new offerings
- Support Sales in proposals, pricing, negotiations; launch new accounts and represent at meetings and events
- Ensure team performance, career development, and coordination with HR on policies and training
Requirements
- 10+ years in project/program management in software product or IT, including 7+ years in outsourced engineering/IT services
- Experience managing 100-150+ people and $10–15M annual budgets
- Advanced SDLC and project management knowledge; operational management for CSAT and profitability
- Leadership, communication, strategic thinking; hiring, developing, retaining talent
- Financial management, process design/optimization, pre-sales, upselling support
- Knowledge of delivery metrics (profitability, utilization, satisfaction, quality)
Nice to have
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or FinTech
- PMP, SAFe, or ITIL certifications
- Cloud computing, data management, full-stack engineering knowledge
- Software engineering background with development experience
- Experience in ISVs managing enterprise accounts and multinational teams
- Talent development and mentoring managers
