What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants and Technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Oversee the planning and execution of implementations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to optimize implementation processes and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain best practices for quality control during product installations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role, specifically within an implementation environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
• Technical proficiency in implementation processes, ideally within the technology or retail sectors.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office.
