• Deploy and manage the annual increase process worldwide using the hirify.global Application.
• Automate and optimize C&B processes, campaigns, and workflows.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• In-depth knowledge of C&B practices, specifically for the North American market.
• Experience working in fast-growing, international environments.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and efficiently.
