What you will do
- Upgrade global C&B and equity strategies by benchmarking against best-in-class tech companies.
- Update and maintain compensation ranges according to the company strategy.
- Manage equity attributions and ensure the competitiveness of benefits.
- Lead negotiations with benefits providers and maintain vendor relationships.
- Deploy and manage the annual increase process worldwide using the Application.
- Automate and optimize C&B processes, campaigns, and workflows.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of C&B practices, specifically for the North American market.
- Experience working in fast-growing, international environments.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and efficiently.
