What you will do

• Own Surface Fleet deployments from problem definition to delivery across shipyards, maintenance activities, and operational commands for SURFPAC and SURFLANT.
• Build and scale structural health models as a data layer to forecast degradation, inform Availability Work Packages, and reduce schedule risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, operators, and analysts while partnering with Product and Engineering to shape scalable solutions.
• Act as primary point of contact for Navy stakeholders, building trust, managing expectations, and expanding mission impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years in program delivery, consulting, product, or operations in complex environments
• Experience working with the U.S. Navy, DoD, or maritime sustainment ecosystem
• Proven ability to manage large cross-functional efforts with multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving to translate data into decisions
• Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Nice to have

• Experience with Navy maintenance, shipyards, or fleet operations (NAVSEA, SURFMEPP, RMCs)
• Familiarity with CBM+, digital twin, or condition-based maintenance systems
• Background in engineering, data analytics, or systems integration
• Experience deploying software or data platforms operationally
• Understanding of structural inspection, corrosion, or lifecycle modeling
