What you will do
- Lead execution of large federal law enforcement programs, ensuring operational continuity and mission alignment.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, including case data platforms and investigative tools.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risk across multiple workstreams and teams.
- Oversee Agile execution, sprint planning, backlog management, release coordination, and cross-team integration.
- Ensure compliance with federal standards like FedRAMP, NIST, CJIS, including audit readiness.
- Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for transparency, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies; mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 10+ years in enterprise IT leading large-scale systems support, integration, modernization.
- Experience managing federal program lifecycles in law enforcement or national security.
- Hands-on technical leadership, advising federal clients, internal teams, external partners.
- Strong experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, multi-vendor programs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GovCloud), data systems, APIs, integrations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills.
